MIAMI-ART ZINE LAUNCH

Students from Miami State School collaborated with visiting artists creating ‘Miami-Art’. The zine explores youth culture via collage, poetry, Ipad creativity and fashion photography.
A project of Varsity Lakes Community Resource Centre, with Miami State High School and Art-Work Agency. Produced with funding from ‘Thriving Queensland’ community grants and The Regional Arts Development Fund.
 
The WAIVE program at THE WALLS supports artist-led and cultural activities that are akin with THE WALLS’ vision of a vibrant community, a creative hub, and a shared space for artists.
 
The Regional Arts Development Fund is a partnership between the Queensland Government and the City of Gold Coast Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
